Community Groups Welcome
The MotherShip Foundation is happy to share the opportunity to reach thousands of
Qualified community-based 501-c3 organizations will be provided with free space to promote their groups throughout the day. Organizations will be allowed to distribute literature, recruit members and volunteers, solicit donations and sell member-related items such as organization T-Shirts.
Because the Bayou Boogaloo is the primary fundraising activity of the MotherShip Foundation, groups are asked not to sell any food or drink or other items. Organizations are expected to provide their own tents, tables, chairs and presentation material. Tents must be uniform in size and color: 10’ X 10’-White.
Below you will find a Community Organization Application. There is no fee for your participation. You will need to provide a standard, white 10’ x 10’ tent for your space.
Kindly review the community groups application and return the completed form to the the MotherShip Foundation office as soon as possible. Booth space is extremely limited.
Late applications will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me:
